Mughal Fitness is Pakistan’s #1 gym equipment manufacturing brand. By placing an order, making a payment, or receiving goods, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions without exception.

1. PAYMENT & ORDER FINALIZATION

Advance Payment: A deposit is required to initiate any manufacturing process.
Full Clearance: 100% payment must be cleared before any equipment leaves the factory premises. No machinery will be dispatched or handed over until the full balance is settled.

2. CUSTOM MANUFACTURING & CANCELLATIONS

Non-Refundable Orders: Equipment manufactured to specific customer requirements is Non-Refundable.
Cancellation Charges: If a customer cancels an order after production has started, a deduction of 40% to 60% will apply to cover raw material and labor costs.

3. MANDATORY INSPECTION POLICY

Physical Verification: Customers must physically inspect every item inside the Mughal Fitness factory premises before taking delivery.
Transfer of Risk: Once the equipment leaves our factory, the Company holds no responsibility for visible defects, cosmetic damage, or aesthetic dissatisfaction.

4. DELIVERY, TRANSPORTATION & INSTALLATION

Customer Costs: All delivery charges (freight/bilty) and on-site installation/fitting charges are strictly borne by the Customer.
Transit Damage: Mughal Fitness is not responsible for damages, delays, or mishandling by third-party transport companies. Damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

5. LIMITED WARRANTY & MAINTENANCE

Scope: Warranty applies strictly to structural manufacturing faults.
Exclusions: Wires, pulleys, bearings, upholstery, paint damage, and rust due to humidity are not covered.
Service Protocol: Warranty repairs are provided only at our factory. The customer is responsible for all transport, loading, and labor costs involved in bringing the equipment to the factory.

6. PRODUCTION DELAYS & LIABILITY

Manufacturing Timelines: Production may shift due to raw material shortages, power interruptions, or technical upgrades.
Limitation of Liability: Mughal Fitness shall not be liable for any business losses, gym rent, or opportunity losses resulting from production or delivery delays.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

Data Use: We collect contact details and business addresses solely for order processing, invoicing, and after-sales service.
Data Security: Your information is secure and will never be sold to third parties.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
